As an accommodation provider, we have been asked many questions over the years, but have you ever wondered what questions we get asked the most? In no particular order, here are our top 10 frequently asked questions.
All our bedding is "sleep elite" Queen. We do not have twins, kings, rollaway bedding or sofa beds. Our bedding has been custom made for your comfort.
We absolutely have car parking onsite. It is secure and has a 2.1m height clearance. Car parking must be booked and is a chargeable extra. There is a discounted price for those that book their accommodation directly with the hotel.
For a guaranteed balcony book either the One-Bedroom Apartment (no view) or the One Bedroom Executive. Only a select number of Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Executives have one, so you are welcome to place a request to preference you would like a balcony. The hotel will do its best to accommodate the request should it be available on the day of check-in.
There is no onsite restaurant and bar. Guests are encouraged to self-cater and make use of their in-room kitchen facilities. There are supermarkets and specialty grocery stores within walking distance. The hotel also has a restaurant and cafe chargeback facility with neighbouring operators. Alternatively, there are a large variety of restaurants in the Fortitude Valley area. You really are spoilt for choice.
Should you require a confirmed early check-in because you have an event or special occasion to attend, you would be required to pre-book the evening prior. This will ensure your room is clean and vacant for your arrival. Alternatively, you are welcome to check-in to store your luggage and the hotel will contact you when your room becomes available.
The difference between our Executive rooms and our Standards are the following: Platinum Foxtel, clothes garment steamer, extended bathroom amenities, complimentary local and Australian mobile calls and ghd styling tools.
Our availability and nightly rates are viewable via our website for your convenience. Simply click on BOOK, enter your preferred dates of stay and click check availability. From the availability page, you will see what room types can be booked for the dates selected and the current rates.
If you are making a special request, such as a preference to a high floor, you can do this at the time of booking via our website or you can email or phone the hotel. These requests are not guaranteed.
Your guaranteed check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am.
