The Chester & Ella Residental building construction is scheduled to finish late 2019. Works at this site are 6.30am - 6.30pm Monday - Saturday. The hotel may be noise affected during these hours.
In order to cater to cyclists we have provided 36 purpose build bike racks on levels 2 and 3 of our secure carpark, you will need to supply your own securing lock if required.
Please note Bicycles are not permitted in public areas, lifts, corridors or apartments and bicycle cleats are to be removed prior to walking through any part of the property.

The rooftop recreation level is for the exclusive use of registered hotel guests and residents. Only registered guests are provided access above the ground floor of the hotel.
Hotel reception is open 24 hours daily. Housekeeping services are available from 8.30am to 5pm daily. Should you wish to add additional services to your booking please contact the guest service team to have this added to your reservation. 24 hour’s notice is require and a charge for any additional services will be added to your room account.
Yes parking is subject to availability and is recommended to be pre-booked with the guest services team. When a direct reservation is made with the hotel (via this website, in person or via telephone) the parking charge is discounted to $12 per vehicle per night. (Please note that reservations made through all other portions the standard parking charge of $25 per vehicle per night applies). The parking height limit is 2.1m and is subject to availability.
The hotel prides itself on continually improving its environmentally friendly practices and reducing its carbon footprint. With policies in place such as changing linen weekly & servicing the apartments every third day rather than daily for long stay guests and offering the choice to opt out of daily housekeeping servicing for our shorter stay guests, this assists with both the reduction of water & power consumption and non- essential waste levels.
All apartments are fitted with energy efficient lighting in room and have water efficient flow regulators installed to meet the drought restrictions in place at the time of construction, these help our guests and residents reduce their overall water consumption and impact on the environment.
All common areas are equipped with energy efficient LED lighting which operates via sensors to minimise electricity use. Recycling bins for all glass, bottles, cans, paper and cardboard are available on each floor of the building. Our recyclable bottles and cans are collected weekly as by one of our charity partners Branches Lifestyle Support which provides both work experience for their residents and assist in funding for their ongoing endeavour of offering adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities with supported independent living assistance and services in their own homes.
