New Restaurants In Fortitude Valley

Fortitude Valley is continually evolving which makes it such an exciting place to visit in Brisbane.  Book yourself in for a 'Live Like A Local' experience and place a reservation to enjoy some of the newest restaurants to hit 'The Valley'.

Agnes Restaurant

In an undiscovered corner of Fortitude Valley, an old brick warehouse has been transformed into a celebration of wood-fired cooking.  This is Agnes, where the drama, spectacle and ancient skill of cooking over fire is combined with contemporary hospitality to show how simple, great food can be.

Agnes is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and lunch Fridays and Saturdays.

Eterna is a place where travellers and locals alike are welcomed, where you can share a snack with a friend or lose yourself amongst the menu.

The vibrancy erupting from our hidden laneway is the secret you can’t wait to tell your friends.  Eterna is here to bring romance and breathe mystery back into Brisbane’s late-night dining scene.

Gung Ho! Dumpling

Tucked into Bakery Lane, the newly opened Gung Ho! Dumpling is a dumpling den with a delish array of handmade morsels on offer. From pan-fried gyozas to dumplings in soup, it’s a bite-size bonanza! Try the lamb coriander dumplings for a fresh take on dim sum, or chow down on plump vegan versions.

Maya Mexican

MAYA Mexican is a rooftop restaurant & bar is unlike any other. Occupying Brisbane’s premium rooftop space, the newly refurbished venue has been designed to transport guests to the balmy coastal regions of Mexico for a truly unique dining experience.

Uh Oh Spaghettio

Carb lovers, meet your Mecca. Late-night pasta bar Uh Oh Spaghettio is now open in Bakery Lane. From the owners of Cakes and Sh*t and The Black Lab Coffee Co, this latest venture is a fast, fun casual take on saucy Italian staples where you can watch your pasta being made. Tip: Uh Oh Bottle-O is opening right across from the restaurant.
