How To Turn Your Room Nights Into Donations

Finding new ways to support AEIOU Foundation for Children with Autism (AEIOU) is something we are passionate about and always a rewarding experience.

We realise that just like us, there are many companies that support various charities.  Some are looking to support new ones each year, and others are looking to work with like-minded businesses to support a mutual charity of choice.   That is when the light bulb moment occurred.  What if we did exactly that.   Work with our corporate clients to mutually support AEIOU by turning room nights into donations!..... and so the idea was born.

The basic concept is that for each night a company books and stays on their negotiated preferred corporate agreement, the hotel will donate $1 for each room night to AEIOU.    We have already seen the success of this program and the gratitude from AEIOU is truly heartwarming.

Corporate hotel programs should be more than just about budget and location.   They should provide meaning and value and we think what better way to provide this than via turning room nights into donations.

For our leisure travellers there is also the opportunity to donate.   For those that are kind enough to book directly via our website, there is the option in the last steps to make a donation to AEIOU.  For those that enter our doors and wish to empty any loose change, there is a designated AEIOU collection point at reception.   Just remember every donation counts.

The impact of your donations to AEIOU:

• $20 covers the cost of training 2 - Lacing fun developing motor skills and teaching kids to tie their shoes!
• $50 covers the cost of two sets of noughts and crosses, teaching social skills, play skills and helping develop friendships
• $100 covers the cost of helping hands motor skill development kit.
• $200 covers the cost of art supplies for one child for a year. Enabling creativity, skill development, socialisation and communication.
