As a valued guest and partner, we want to assure you that we as an organisation have kept abreast of developments in relation to COVID-19 and will continue to do so through the official information being made available by our health authorities and government agencies.

At Alex Perry Hotel and Apartments, we have always considered the health and cleanliness of our business, building and apartments as one of our highest priorities, we have always worked with our cleaners and suppliers to ensure that we have the best possible products and equipment available to achieve this end and of course will continue to do so.

Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments complies with the QTIC COVID Safe industry-approved plan and complies and exceeds the regulations outlined by the World Health Organisation, Safe Work Australia, and the Federal and State guidelines. We will continue to provide guests with a safe clean environment in which to stay while taking into consideration and instituting mandated social distancing and safety and hygiene measures.

We have increased the cleaning of surfaces that are touched frequently throughout the day. In addition to our existing hospital-grade cleaning, all high touch points including but not limited to TV remotes, handles, switches, in-room air/heating control panel, light switches etc are treated with a hospital-grade disinfectant spray post-cleaning.  All our guests can rest assured, pun intended, that we will do our utmost to provide a clean and healthy environment when you come to stay.
